Fair, competitive prices are a standard in our company.  We strive to keep our prices very competitive while maintaining the high quality expected by our clients.

We accept cash, check, and most credit cards and payment must be made in full before we can release the inspection report.

Inspections

  • Homes up to 2000 sqft. add 0.12 each additional sqft
  • Homes over 50 years add 0.05 / sqft.
  • Septic Systems $75
  • Return trips $100
  • Crawl Spaces $75
  • Other fees may apply for external structures (i.e. barns, sheds, wells, and pools)

And some of the larger towns in the Lake Livingston area are: Livingston,Goodrich, Shepherd, Woodville, Leggit, Corrigan, Groveton, Trinity Waterwood, Point Blank, Coldspring,Camilla also included Porter, Kingwood and Humble.
